Cancellations Should you decide to cancel an order after the order has shipped a 15% restocking fee shall be assessed, to cover handling and all credit card transaction fees, banks charge us an average of 3% on all transactions, including crediting a card. This only applies if we have already processed your card, if your order has shipped you will be responsible for shipping both ways. If you entered information incorrectly, please contact us immediately at the number above. We will gladly make the necessary corrections or cancel the order for you. Upon your request, we will send you an email to notify you that your order was cancelled. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped and in transit.
