To place an order through the Christmas
Treasures website, follow these simple steps:
- Begin by browsing our product categories.
- Adjust quantity if necessary on the
page, then Click the "Add To
Cart" Button on the
pages displaying the products you want to
purchase.
- Enter your billing and shipping
information on the Shopping Checkout page,
than select method of payment Credit Card,
then click "Process Order."
- Finally, review all the information
you've entered so far on the Order
Confirmation page. Then enter your credit
card information and, when you're
satisfied that everything is correct,
click "Complete Order." Your
order is now complete.
Phone Orders
You can place your order, check the status of
your order or review a past order, and get
answers to any questions you may have about
Christmas Treasures or our products by calling

Fax Orders
Please only Fax orders from 10 AM and 5
PM Pacific Standard Time
To fax an order, follow these simple steps:
- Begin by browsing our product categories.
- Adjust quantity if necessary on the

pages displaying the products you want to
purchase.
- Enter your billing and shipping
information on the Shopping Checkout page,
then select payment type of Fax Order,
click "Process Order."
- Finally, review all the information
you've entered so far on the Order
Confirmation page.
- Print the Order Confirmation page
showing your complete order information.
- Fill in all your credit card and email
information on the paper copy.
- Then fax it to Christmas Treasures at:

Mail-In Orders To mail in an order and
pay be check or money order, follow these
simple steps:
- Begin by browsing our product categories.
- Adjust quantity if necessary on the

then select payment type of Mail
Check/Money Order, click "Process

Cancellations:
Should
you decide to cancel an order after you have placed the order a 15% restocking
fee shall be assessed, to cover handling and credit card transaction fees, banks
charge us an average of 3% on all transactions, including crediting a
card. This only applies if we have already processed your card, if your
order has shipped you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
