Q: I have a figurine that no longer plays/moves. What do I do? A: Always try new batteries first. If that doesn't work you need to call Barb at 1-541-325-1013, please don't call us asking for repairs because we will just be referring you to her. Ask for Barb when you do call Repair. All repairs must be called in for a Return Authorization number prior to mailing in. |
