Steinbach New for 2003 Collection Introductions
Welcome to the wonderful world of Steinbach Nutcrakers for 2003. The first Limited Edition for this year is King Charlemagne, the King of the Franks and Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, which is the third in the Famous Royalty Legends series. Our next Limited Edition is Guiseppe the Musical Italian Santa, who plays the Italian Classic “0 Sole Mio”. Guiseppe is the tenth nutcracker in The Christmas Legends series. The next Limited Edition in the ever-popular A Christmas Carol series is Charles Dickens himself, which is the sixth edition to this series. He carries with him the secret to this famous Christmas tale.
This year is the 100th Anniversary of Flight. We are marking this occasion with a special Limited Edition “Aviator”. Following the “America’s Heroes” Fireman of last year is his partner The Policeman. For the second year in a row, a generous donation from sales will be made to charities assisting in the relief effort.
In addition to the Wizard of Oz series, we are introducing our scariest nutcracker to date, The Wicked Witch of the West. New minis include detailed reproductions of the Scarecrow and Tin Man as well as Scrooge in Night Clothes and the Polish Santa.
