Pre-Order Status, What Does That Mean?

Pre-order means we do not currently have the item in stock but we are expecting to receive it at a later date. If you order an item that has pre-order status we will NOT ship your order until we can ship the entire order complete. You will be notified via e-mail once the order ships out you will then also be provided with tracking information.

You will be charged for your Pre-Order after placing your order online or over the phone. PayPal is our credit and debit card processor. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay online. You can still pay with your credit or debit card. You must however use PayPal to process the payment.

What if my order contains items that are in stock and also on Pre-Order?
Answer:
Your entire order will be held until the item(s) on Pre-Order come in stock. Once they arrive your entire order will ship out complete.

When will my order be billed if placing a Pre-Order?
Answer:

Any item with a Pre-Order Icon button is available for Pre-Order.

Will I be reminded of my Pre-Order before it ships?
Answer:
No, you will receive notice only if something about your order has changed or we are having trouble processing your credit card.
